This time I’m sharing a great resource provided by Microsft I was not aware: Microsoft Security Technical Content Library. Here you will be able to find relevant documentation and information about Microsoft Security.

In the library you will also have the possibility to filter by Solution Area, Product, Topic or Role.

At the bottom of the page you will fin also highlighted content as well as content recently updated.

En esta ocasión os dejo un recurso más que interesante en el que rapidamente podemos consultar información relevante sobre seguridad en mundo Microsoft: Microsoft Security Technical Content Library

En la biblioteca tenemos la posibilidad de filtrar contenido por Área de Solución, Producto, Topic o Role

Y en la parte inferior de la página de inicio podemos encontrar facilmente contenido destacado así como contenido actualizado.

Microsoft 365: Novedades en Information Protection–Junio 2021!

Sin duda, otro de los temas que más me interesa en torno a Microosft 365 es el de Information Protection por lo que trato de seguir, aunque no sea fácil, las novedades que Microsoft va sacando al respecto. Veamos las últimas novedades que han surgido en junio de 2021.

Novedades en Microsoft Information Protection

Disponibilidad general de la característica de etiquetas obligatorias para que no sea posible que no se indique una etiqueta a la documentación e información corporativa. Más información en este enlace.

Mejoras en el etiquetado automático de correo electrónico en Exchange Online.

Preview pública de la co-autoría de documentos Office encriptados con una etiqueta de Information Protection. Es importante que tengamos las versiones necesarias tanto de Office de escritorio (para Windows y MAC) como del cliente de etiquetado. Más información en este enlace.

Preview pública de los logs de auditoría de AIP en el Activity Explorer. Más información en este enlace.

Disponibilidad general de la aplicación dinámica de marcas de agua en documentos Office en base a usar variables y sintaxis para dicha aplicación. Más información en este enlace.

Disponibilidad general de las alertas de DLP en situaciones en las que se estén “violando” las correspondientes directivas:

Novedades en Azure Information Protection

Funcionalidad de Track & Revoke para poder hacer un seguimiento de los documentos que hemos etiquetado y revocar el acceso. La revocación de acceso la podemos hacer desde la opción de Sensitivity en Office siempre y cuando tengamos la versión adecuada del cliente de AIP. Más información en este enlace.
