Microsoft 365: Tareas recurrentes en Planner (I)!
Hasta ahora en Planner no teníamos la posibilidad de poder crear tareas recurrentes durante un período de tiempo especificado en la configuración de estas. Con la incorporación del campo de recurrencia, ya podemos tener soporte a este escenario eligiendo la periodicidad de repetición de la tarea:
En las vistas “convencionales de Planner” no veremos la recurrencia de una tarea. Si la veremos en la vista de calendario:
Finalmente os recomiendo que reviséis el anuncio oficial en el blog de Planner. En el mismo podéis ver algunos tips a tener en cuenta en relación a tareas recurrentes.

Microsoft 365: New grid view for Planner Plans (I)!
Microsoft has added a new grid view to a Planner Plan. From this view we can not only see existing Tasks and their status, but also modify them and create new tasks. This new view complements existing Planner Plans views (Boards, Charts and Schedule) and aligns the user experience of Planner with the user experience in the Tasks by Planner App in Teams.
Microsoft 365: Recurrence Tasks in Planner (I)!
So far, we didn’t have the option to create recurrence/repeated tasks in period of time in Panner Plans. With the new addition of the Recurrence field it’s possible to create that kind of Tasks in Planner Plan by simply choosing the recurrence period.
In order to visualize the recurrence of a given Tasks, we need to access the Schedule view. In the other Planner Plan views we are not going to see the recurrence, only the task has been defined as recurrent.

Con el fin de visualizar las tareas de un Plan de Planner de forma alternativa a las vistas disponibles (Boards, Charts y Schedule), Microsoft ha añadido una vista de tipo grid que ya teníamos en la App de Tasks by Planner. Desde esta nueva vista podremos no solo visualizar las tareas del plan, sino gestionarlas y crear nuevas.

Microsoft 365: Moving tasks between Planner Plans (I)!
In a Microsoft Planner Plan we have not only the ability to generate new tasks from existing ones either in the current Plan or in a different one, but also to move an existing task to other Plan:
When we make use of the Move option, we can select the destination Plan and bucket in the Plan where the Task is going to be placed:
As a result, the Task and some of the configuration is moved to the Planner Plan selected.
Microsoft 365: Mover tareas entre planes de Planner (I)!
En un plan de Planner podemos no solo generar tareas en el mismo plan o en otros a partir de tareas existentes, sino que tenemos la posibilidad de mover una tarea a otro plan:
Al hacer clic en la opción de Mover, podremos elegir en que Plan y en que contenedor del Plan vamos a ubicar la tarea:
Como resultado, la tarea y parte de su configuración será movida al plan seleccionado.
