Tags to group Team members can be managed at two different levels. On the one hand, in the Teams Admin Center we can set if tags are enabled and from who (Owners, Owners and Members), if Owners can override who can apply tags and if members are allowed to add tags. Additionally, we can add suggested tags:
On the other hand, for a specific Team we can define who can add tags to the Team (By default, Owners are the ones that can add tags).
Las etiquetas para agrupar usuarios en Teams se pueden administrar a dos niveles. Por un lado, en el Teams Admin Center podemos establecer si las etiquetas están disponibles para Owners, Owners y Members o deshabilitadas (El valor por defecto es “Owners”), si se permite a los Owners sobreescribir la configuración por defecto a nivel de Team y si los Members pueden añadir etiquetas. Adicionalmente, se pueden añadir etiquetas sugeridas:
A nivel de un Team concreto, en la configuración contamos con una sección para configurar quien puede añadir etiquetas al equipo (Por defecto los Owners, aunque este valor se puede cambiar).
