Finally a highly requested feature of having a better control of attendance in Teams meetings is here: a meeting organizer can indicate in the meeting options that only he/she as organizer can initially bypass the lobby while the rest of attendees are waiting there to be admitted. For now, this setting can be configured at the meeting level, but soon we will also have the possibility to stablish this option in meeting policies defined in the Teams Admin Center.
Por fin la opción de que “Sólo el organizador pase el lobby” aparece como un setting a configurar más en reuniones de Teams. De esta forma, nos aseguramos desde el principio que la reunión se inicie cuando se conecte el organizador y el resto de asistentes se quedan en el lobby a la espera de ser admitidos. Por el momento este setting sólo se puede controlar a nivel de reunión, aunque en breve podremos definirlo también a nivel de política de reuniones de Teams para que sea la opción por defecto para toda la organización o un grupo concreto de personas.
