Office 365 New Options Bar in Microsoft Teams (I)!

A new options bar is available for Microsoft Teams meetings so user experience has been simplified and improved. From this new bar a meeting participant can directly:

• Tur On/Off the camera.
• Mute/unmute the micro.
• Share the screen / a specific application.
• Access to the conversations in the meeting.
• View meeting participants.

If you click on the “…”, you will have the following additional options (Note: It really depends if you are using the Teams Web Client or the Desktop one):

• Show the device settings.
• Access to the meeting notes.
• Enter in full screen mode.
• Access the Keypad.
• Record the meeting.
• Disable incoming video.
