One of the out of the box Tabs that can be added in Teams channels is the Forms Tab. This Tab allows to either create a form from scratch or add an existing one:
If we choose to create a new Form, we will need first to type the Form name and click on “Save”:
Once the Form is created, we can start with the design of the Form using the Forms designer:
As expected, from the Designer we can change the Form look & feel and also preview how it looks like before sharing with other users:
Una de las pestañas (Tabs) nativas de Microsoft Teams es la de Forms que permite crear de forma directa formularios en canales de Teams o bien seleccionar formularios existentes en el tenant:
La primera de las opciones implica que tendremos que indicar el nombre del formulario y hacer click en “Guardar” (Save en la imagen).
A continuación se muestra el diseñador de Forms embebido en Microsoft Teams para que podamos diseñar el formulario de acuerdo con nuestras necesidades:
Desde el diseñador podremos cambiar el aspecto del formulario según lo vamos construyendo y por supuesto, previsualizar el mismo:
