To restore a deleted channel in a Team in Microsoft Teams, we only need to browse the Channels section in the Teams Management area. In this section we can see active channels and also deleted ones:
As you can see, for a deleted channel we have the possibility to restore the channel so all the channel conversations and configurations are restored. In regards to channel files, they were not deleted when the channel was deleted so not restore happens when the channel is restored:
