SharePoint & Office 365 Saturday Madrid 2018 is happening next week, so if you are planning to come there are some important details about the event that you should have received in your Inbox. You can find a quick summary of those details bellow:
Don’t forget your QR code (you will receive it shortly) and you don’t have it, don’t worry you will have access to the event.
Try to be on-time, event registration will take place from 08:00 to 14:00, although you will be able to register after 09:00.
If you are not coming to the event, we ask you to release your ticket so people in the waiting list can have the opportunity to attend the event.
If you are coming to the event by car, we have a parking available close to event venue so you can park your car there.
Finally, help us to promote the event by following our Twitter account (@sps_mad) and using the #spsmad hashtag in your Tweets.
And now, more detailed information about some things to consider before attending the event:
Release your ticket if your are not finally coming to the event
SPS & Office 365 Saturday Madrid organization team is very happy with the expectation the event is generating and we are also amazed we are already sold out in the event. We would like to ask you a special favor: if you think you will not be able to come to the event, please release your ticket so folks in the waiting list can have the opportunity to attend our event.

Access to ‘La Finca’
As you know, our event will be held at the Microsoft Ibérica building, located in the business park ‘La Finca’. To access to ‘La Finca’ on a Saturday day, you must meet a few essential requirements:
You need to bring printed a QR code that will send along next week. If by the 7th of June you have not received this code, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (please, add also in cc the e-mail addresses included in CC in this e-mail) so we can check the problem. By the way, don’t worry if you finally don’t receive the QR code, you will have access to the event.
In addition, you must carry a valid ID, DNI or passport. You can also print the Eventbrite registry. If you have a problem with access, the security officer will contact us.
Access to ‘La Finca’ by the bridge that crosses the M-502 road is closed on Saturdays. You must access the Microsoft building through the side entrance of the Street ‘Paseo de la Finca’ (see attached map).
Parking and public transportation
As we celebrate our event on Saturday, the street parking around ‘La Finca’ is free. The blue and red areas have no cost on Saturday. In addition:
- Thanks to Microsoft Support, we have public parking space available for SharePoint & Office 365 Saturday Madrid. In the map bellow, you can find the location of the public parking:
If you come by underground (the Metro of Madrid network), you must take the ML2 line and get off at “Somosaguas Centro”. From ‘Somosaguas Centro’ you will see the Microsoft building, which you must Access by the side (see attached map).
Registration for SharePoint & Office 365 Saturday Madrid will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Please try to be on time to avoid problems and possible delays. Around 9:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. we will have a welcome reception in the auditorium hall.
The lunch will be a catering in the main hall and will be served from 2:15 pm to 3:15.
From 6:20 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. raffle will take place, in which several gifts provided by the organization and our sponsors will be raffled. To participate, you must provide a passport that must be signed by our sponsors. Do not forget to complete it during the event if you want to participate.
