By default, when you create a Flow for a list or document library and without additional configuration, the Flow can only be edited by the user that authored the Flow. Fortunately, we can sort out this problem by adding additional “owners” to our Flow:
On My Flows setion in Flow, just clic on the Flow you want to configure. In the Flow settings page you will see there is section called “OWNERS” where you can see the list of users or security groups that are actually owners of the Flow. From here, you can add new “Owners” users for your Flow:
In the configuration page that opens, you will be able to add new users / security groups that can actually edit the Flow. Just add the new users / security groups and you are done!
