Office 365: Ability to copy a Planner Task is coming to your tenant!

Little by little, Microsoft is also adding new features to Planner that improve productivity when using this tool in Office 365. That’s precisely the idea under the recent ability to copy tasks in an existing Plan:

• Browse an Office 365 Plan and do clic in the “…” option in an existing task so you can have access to a contextual menu where you will see the “Copy task” option.

• As soon as you clic on the “Copy task” option, a new window to configure the copy is shown.

• If you press the “Copy” button, you will see that Planner has generated a perfect copy of the task.Si hacemos clic en “Copy”, veremos que la tarea es duplicada y también se muestra un mensaje indicando que la tarea ha sido copiada.
