Office 365: Como deshabilitar chats privados en Microsoft Teams!

Si necesitamos deshabilitar los chat privados en Microsoft Teams de manera que las conversaciones tengan lugar en canales dentro de los equipos creados tendremos que seguir los siguientes pasos:

  • Accedemos al portal de Office 365 y luego a Settings –> Services & add-ins. Localizamos la sección Microsoft Teams:

  • En el panel que se abre, localizamos la sección de mensajería y simplemente deshabilitamos la opción de permitir que haya chats privados entre usuarios de Teams:

  • El resultado de este cambio es que en Teams no se verá la opción “Chat” en el menú vertical.

Office 365: How to add a secondary Administrator to OneDrive for Business (II)!

In this new article about how to add a secondary administrator to OneDrive for Business, we will review how to perform this action through the SharePoint Online Administration Center:

  • First of all, browse SharePoint Online (SPO) Admin Center and click on User profiles. In the user profiles page, just click on Manage User Profiles.

  • In the Manage User Profiles page, just search for a specific user and display administracion options available for managing that user profile. Click Manage site collection owners option.

  • In the site collection owners window that is displayed, just add / delete secondary administrators for the user’s OneDrive.
