Managing Apps for OWA is a really simple task that can be easily done from the configuration options available for the Web version of Outlook:

From OWA, click on Settings -> Manage apps.

Then a list of available serial Apps is shown. By default OWA incorporates a number of apps like Bing Maps App. To review the details of the App or just disable it, click on it.

From here we can also access the Apps for Outlook available in the Office Store.

For each app in the Store, you can see its details and choose to install it if you find the App is interesting (such as the case of LinkedIn App).
